  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Splenda Naturals
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp sliced almonds
  1. Melt coconut oil and peanut butter for 30 seconds in microwave. Combine all ingredients together well.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of mixture into silicone mold. Freeze for 25 minutes. Remove from silicone mold place in air tight container or ziplock bag.
  3. Nutrition: Calories 86g Fat: 8.7g Protein: 1.7g. Net Carbs: 0.8g Notes: You can make your own powdered sweetener by adding sweetener to a ninja bullet, magic bullet or blender and blending on high for 30 seconds to a minute until mixture is in a powdered consistency.
