Tuna Patties

Ingredients
  • 5 5oz Cans Albacore Tuna
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 oz queso fresco
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Drain tuna well. Chop onion, tomatoes and cilantro.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties.
  3. Sauté in skillet-Add 2 tbsp avocado oil to a warm non stick skillet, slowly place patties into pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side of until golden brown.
