  • During the busy holidays, it can be challenging to take time for yourself so today I’m sharing my Keto Peppermint Hot Cocoa Bomb recipe featuring @truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener which I love because it measures cup for cup like sugar. 🥳🎄⁣ ⁣ My recipe is perfect for an evening of self-care, so you can treat yourself to some rest and recharge after a long day of the holiday hustle and bustle. ☕️⁣ ⁣ Have you ever made a cocoa bomb before? It’s such a simple, fun & festive recipe. I hope you make it and love it as much as my family did. ♥️⁣ ⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS: ⁣ 1/2 cup sugar free milk chocolate chips ⁣ 8 tbps unsweetened cocoa powder ⁣ 6 tbsp dry powdered creamer ⁣ 4 tbsp Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener⁣ 4 tbsp mini marshmallows ⁣ 4 tbsp white sugar free chocolate chips⁣ 10 drops peppermint extract ⁣ ⁣ DIRECTIONS:⁣ 1. Place chocolate chips into a small bowl. Microwave the chocolate in 15 second increments for up to 2 minutes, making sure to stir in between each time. Add in 10 drops of peppermint extract. ⁣ 2. Once melted, spoon it into the mold.⁣ 3. After it is spooned in the mold, put in freezer for 5-10 minutes to harden.⁣ 4. In a medium bowl combine Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Sweetener, marshmallows, powdered creamer, and unsweetened cocoa powder.⁣ 5. Take chocolate halves out of freezer and place seal of chocolate on warm pan heat a few seconds to melt edge.⁣ 6. Add 2 tbsp of powdered mixture inside one side of hot cocoa bomb.⁣ 7. Press together and set aside.⁣ 8. Melt white chocolate chips in a small bowl and microwave the same as the milk chocolate to melt.⁣ 9. Drizzle over chocolate bombs.⁣ 10. To serve, warm unsweetened almond milk in a standard microwave safe mug for 2-3 minutes.⁣ 11. Drop keto hot cocoa bomb into milk, stir and watch the magic happen.⁣ 12.
